Qualifications
Minimum of four years of project management in a both emergency and development contexts, with solid experience in education and protection.
Bachelor’s degree in an area of social development, education sciences or equivalent, master’s degree is preferred.
Knowledge of donor regulations and requirements, particularly related to humanitarian assistance
Excellent project management skills, including project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills including influencing, negotiation, and coaching.
Knowledge in MEAL systems and quantitative monitoring
Strong results orientation, with the ability to challenge existing mindsets.
Builds and maintains effective relationships, with their team, colleagues, and external partners.
Values diversity as a source of competitive strength.
Approachable, good listener, easy to talk to.
Experience of solving complex issues through analysis, definition of a clear way forward
Ability to present complex information in a succinct and compelling manner.
