Responsibilities
• Understand, diagnose, and resolve technical issues reported by customers promptly and efficiently.
• Communicate with foreign companies and clients in English to provide support and solutions.
• Perform API testing.
• Perform SQL queries to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.
• Document all customer interactions and technical issues, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, tools, and methodologies to provide the best support possible.
• Work closely with other departments, such as Development and Quality Assurance, to resolve complex issues.
• Provide training and guidance to customers on product features and usage.
• Gather feedback from customers to help improve products and services.
• Identify and suggest improvements to support processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
