Qualifications
EDUCATION

University degree in Social Science, Development Management or Planning, Statistics or a related field from an accredited academic institution with four years of relevant professional experience; or
Completed High School degree in above field with six years of relevant experience.

EXPERIENCE

• Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation in Syrian context, an asset
• Experience in the implementation of monitoring and evaluation plans, preferably with monitoring of field activities
• Proven experience with M&E methods and approaches, planning and implementation of M&E systems, information/data collection, entry, analysis and report writing
• Demonstrated knowledge of development of data collection tools, their administration and evaluation techniques and practices;
• Experience in liaising with partner organizations, national and international institutions an advantage.
• Must be proficient with MS Office.
• Familiarity with humanitarian assistance programming an advantage.
