Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Medical Degree; preferably a doctor, pharmacist, or Nurse.
2 years of experience in PHC design, implementation, and supervision
2 years of experience working with a health NGO or INGO preferred.
Minumun 1 year Experience in team management.
Experience in monitoring, report writing, and basic analysis of health data.
Strong computer skills and familiarity with computer software packages (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc); previous experience with District Health Information System (DHIS) database packages preferred.
Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:

Very good skills and experience in computer, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for patients is always essential.

Validated ability to plan long-term, organize priorities, and work under administrative and programmatic pressures with detail orientation and professional patience.
Highly collaborative and resourceful; ability to establish positive working relationships with senior-level management and all other partners to maximize cooperation and productivity.

Analytical ability in creating effective solutions to complex matters while adhering to labor laws and internal policies.
Language/Travel:
English and Arabic language are required.
Travel: 70% to field sites, as well as attending regional and global workshops and meetings.

Position Reports to: Health Manager – Raqqa
Position directly supervises: Health team in IRC facilities.
Indirect Reporting (If applicable): Health Coordinator
Key Internal Contacts: Senior RH Officer, Senior MH officer, Nutrition and CHWs officer, health team in HF
