Responsibilities
Role Summary
As a Recruiter, you will be a strategic partner in our hiring process, helping us attract, engage, and onboard top-tier talent. Experience in both Syrian and UAE recruitment environments is essential to understand the regional dynamics and talent availability.
🔹 Strategic Talent Acquisition
Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior, technical, and niche roles
Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies based on business priorities
Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing organizational growth
🔹 Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with HR manager to define role requirements and hiring plans
Provide strategic guidance on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices
🔹 Sourcing & Headhunting
Use advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, networking) to find top talent
Engage passive candidates and build relationships in key talent pools
Represent the company professionally in all candidate interactions
🔹 Job Description Development
Draft, refine, and maintain accurate and compelling job descriptions
Ensure alignment with organizational tone, compliance, and inclusivity standards
🔹 Candidate Management & Experience
Conduct thorough screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
Manage interviews, feedback, and communication throughout the process
Facilitate timely and smooth offer and acceptance processes
🔹 Onboarding Support
Collaborate with HR manager to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Assist in preparing documentation, welcome materials, and first-day planning
Help ensure new employees feel integrated and supported
🔹 HR Department Collaboration
Support the HR Manager with additional tasks such as attendance managment, employee documentation, engagement initiatives, and data reporting
Assist in process improvement and internal HR projects as needed
🔹 Reporting & Compliance
Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, source of hire, etc.)
Maintain accuracy and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Qualifications
5 years of professional recruitment experience
Proven experience in both Syrian and UAE talent markets
Strong skills in sourcing and headhunting via LinkedIn
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
