Responsibilities
Coordinate crew schedules, monitor day-to-day flight operations, and ensure accurate data and documentation to keep operations efficient and compliant.
1. Develop and communicate the short-term crew schedule for all flights prior to operation, performing continuous audits and verifications of crew coverage.
2. Monitor daily flight operations to recalculate crew legality, replacing or swapping crew members as necessary due to delays or last-minute illness.
3. Keep the crew management system up to date.
4. Collaborate with other Operations Control Center (OCC) personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
5. Assist the manager in crew rostering with analytical reports and suggestions to improve department performance.
6. Maintain flight operations-related documents, records, databases, and statistics.
7. Enter post-flight data into the electronic database.
8. Retrieve missing data and documents.
9. Ensure efficient control of documents and records within their area of responsibility.
