Responsibilities
1. Education:
• Support the establishment and operation of Remedial, Bridging, and Accelerated Learning Programs (ALP) in targeted schools.
• Coordinate with school principals, teachers, FCA’s technical specialists, and PTAs to organize class schedules, verify student lists, and ensure safe learning conditions.
• Monitor classroom activities and attendance, ensuring inclusion of girls, children with disabilities, and returnees.
• Facilitate teacher training sessions on TICC, PSS, and CWD, including logistical arrangements, attendance, and documentation.
• Supervise the distribution of school kits and learning materials to students and teachers, ensuring accurate recordkeeping (distribution lists, photos, GRNs).
• Supervise and guide service providers to ensure effective community mobilization, data collection, and monitoring.
• Full engagement in the supervision and the implementation of community Activities (Back to Learning, protection events, etc.) and ensure outreach to OOSC and children at risk of dropping out.
2. Livelihoods and ERL Component
• Assist in identifying, mobilizing, and training community members
• Participate in the beneficiary data collection and in the selection process for ERL activities, ensuring transparency and adherence to selection criteria.
• Conduct regular field visits to follow up on grant utilization, small business progress, and community initiatives.
• Coordinate with technical teams and engineers for school rehabilitation monitoring.
3. MPCA and Protection Mainstreaming
• Support field-level beneficiary verification and registration for cash assistance.
• Facilitate awareness sessions on project objectives, eligibility and selection criteria, and accountability mechanisms (CRM).
• Promote protection mainstreaming and inclusion principles across all activities, particularly for vulnerable groups (female-headed households, PwDs, returnees).
4. Coordination and Reporting
• Liaise regularly with local education directorates, municipalities, and community committees to ensure alignment and support.
• Ensure all supporting documents (attendance sheets, human interest stories, photos, activity reports) are archived electronically and in hard copy.
• Prepare weekly activity reports and contribute to monthly progress reports.
• Identify field-level challenges and propose practical solutions and reporting to the project manager.


Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant field experience in education and livelihoods programming, preferably with NGOs or INGOs.
• Demonstrated knowledge of community mobilization and engagement, and school coordination.
• Experience in conducting field assessments, data collection, and reporting.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and under pressure in humanitarian contexts.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Word, and email communication).
Languages
• Arabic: Fluent (spoken and written)
• English: Good command (reading and writing)
