Responsibilities
• Support the implementation and daily monitoring of remedial classes, accelerated learning programs (ALP), and bridging programs for children.
• Assist teachers in maintaining attendance records and reporting dropouts or absenteeism.
• Support the preparation and distribution of school kits, student kits, and learning materials.
• Help identify children with special educational or protection needs and refer them to the Project Officer or PSS Officer as appropriate.
• Participate in Back to Learning (BTL) campaigns, community outreach, and open days.
• Distribute flyers and assist in awareness sessions promoting school enrollment and retention.
• Support the establishment and regular meetings of Parent-Teacher Associations (PTAs) and community sessions on School Improvement Plans (SIPs).
• Support the facilitation of PSS activities in schools using the provided toolkits and guidance.
• Help organize CWD (Children with Disabilities) inclusion sessions and contribute to ensuring accessibility and safety for all learners.
• Collect and check attendance sheets, photos, and field data for documentation.
• Ensure visibility materials (posters, banners, etc.) are displayed properly.
• Implement any other duties required by the Officer.

Qualifications
Experience and Technical Competencies
• At least one year of Service Provider, volunteer or community engagement experience in education, child protection, or social work.
• Familiarity with community outreach, data collection, and field coordination.
• Knowledge of local education systems and community structures.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel).

• Diploma, technical institute or university degree in Education, Psychology, or Social Sciences.

• Arabic: Fluent (written and spoken).
• English: Basic reading and reporting ability preferred.

Contract will be Service contract for 3 months renewable according to the budget availability and performance.
