Responsibilities
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Pharmacist to support our market intelligence and business development efforts in Syria. Based in Damascus, the successful candidate will play a key role in gathering real-time data from the field, developing relationships with healthcare officials, and regulatory personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct field visits to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and medical centers to collect market and sales data.
• Gather and analyze competitor pricing, promotional strategies, and product availability across different regions.
• Schedule and attend meetings with healthcare officials, decision-makers, and procurement officers.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to the company board summarizing key findings and insights.
• Monitor trends in pharmaceutical and medical aesthetics markets, including new product launches and regulatory changes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all field activities.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (required)
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant field experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors
• Fluent in Arabic and English – written and spoken
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Based in Damascus, with full knowledge of the local market dynamics
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal car (required for travel within assigned territory)
• Ability to work independently and report findings clearly and timely
