				  Responsibilities 
1. Accurately and efficiently process cash, credit card, and digital payments.
2. Operate the point-of-sale (Micros) system for order entry and billing.
3. Issue correct receipts, handle refunds, and ensure pricing accuracy.
4. Greet guests warmly and assist with inquiries to support a smooth payment experience.
5. Verify cash drawer amounts at the beginning and end of shifts; reconcile discrepancies.
6. Maintain logs of transactions, voids, and cash flow reports.
7. Collaborate with wait staff and kitchen teams to streamline service and payment.
8. Follow financial protocols, prevent fraud, and maintain confidentiality in transactions.
9. Assist with basic service tasks during busy periods, such as organizing menus or guiding guests.
10. Inform customers about special offers and loyalty programs.
 
				
				  Qualifications 
1. Previous experience in cashiering, hospitality, or retail is preferred.
2. Commercial high school diploma or a certificate from a Technical Institute specializing in Financial and Banking Sciences.
3. Ability to manage multiple customers, transactions, and responsibilities simultaneously.
4. Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling merchandise.
