Responsible for preparing and formatting training materials using PowerPoint and Word. The role focuses on organizing layouts, applying templates, and ensuring a clean, consistent look across all training documents and booklets.
Key Responsibilities
• Format training materials in PowerPoint and Word based on provided templates and guidelines.
• Adjust fonts, layouts, spacing, tables, and visuals to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Prepare training booklets and handouts for printing or digital sharing.
• Conduct basic quality checks after printing to make sure booklets and materials are clear, correct, and properly aligned.
• Support simple content updates by adding text, images, or sections as instructed by the training team.
• Coordinate with trainers and team members to receive materials and apply required formatting edits.
• Review formatted documents for accuracy, correct layout, and template alignment.
• Maintain organized folders for formatted files and templates.
