Specific Vacancy Requirements
• Experience:
o A three years of relevant professional experience is required.
o Previous experience in monitoring, data collection, field research, or community outreach is a strong asset.
o Experience working in a humanitarian context is highly desirable.
• Skills & Competencies:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people from different cultures.
o Fluency in Arabic is required. Good working knowledge of English is an asset.
o Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
o Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
o Cultural sensitivity and a strong commitment to ethical conduct.
o Physical capability and willingness to travel frequently to remote and sometimes challenging field locations.
Salary and Benefits
• The applicant must have good outreach and understanding of the local community.
• The monthly compensation for this position is 2,653,200 SYP.
