- Bachelor Degree in Social Science, Psychology, Social Work or other field related to social development and humanitarian work;
- Minimum 02 years of relevant experience in the humanitarian field;
- Arabic native speaker;
- Good level of written and spoken English;
- Having worked with an INGO is considered a plus.

- Team spirit and collaborative attitude;
- Adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to grow professionally.
