Responsibilities
• Understand end-to-end automotive business operations, including:
• Configure, support, and optimize ERP system processes in line with business
requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze workflows, identify gaps, and
propose system improvements.
• Provide functional support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues.
• Participate in ERP implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation, user guides, and SOPs.
• Support data accuracy, system integrity, and reporting requirements.
• Assist in user training and ensure proper system adoption.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors when required.
Qualifications
• Strong familiarity with automotive dealership operations.
• Solid understanding of ERP concepts and system logic.
• Working with ERP and DMS systems (functional level).
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (reports, analysis,
formulas).
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
