Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Country Administrator, the intern will support the following activities:

Procurement and Supply Chain:
-Support preparation and follow-up of Purchase Requests (IRNs) and Purchase Orders (POs)
-Assist in collecting quotations and maintaining procurement documentation
-Support vendor database updates and filing systems

Warehousing and Assets:
-Support stock tracking, waybills, and inventory records
-Assist in physical inventory counts and reconciliation
-Support asset registration and asset tracking tools

Fleet and Transport
-Support fleet documentation (logbooks, movement requests, fuel tracking)
-Assist in filing vehicle-related documents

Compliance and Reporting
-Ensure proper filing (physical and electronic) in line with organizational and donor requirements
-Support preparation of logistics reports and trackers
-Assist during internal or external audits when required

General Support
-Support coordination with program and finance departments
-Perform other logistics-related tasks as assigned




Qualifications
Education:
Recent graduate or final-year student in:
-Logistics, Supply Chain Management
-Business Administration, Economics
-Engineering or related fields

Experience
-Previous internship or volunteer experience in NGOs is an asset
-No extensive professional experience required

Skills
-Good organizational and filing skills
-Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
-Ability to work in a multicultural environment
-Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Languages
-Arabic: Fluent
-English: Working knowledge (written and spoken
