Responsibilities
Import & Customs Operations
• Manage all import processes, including customs clearance and transportation
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with suppliers
• Ensure operations are conducted in compliance with customs regulations and relevant legal requirements
• Plan shipments in accordance with Incoterms rules
2. Logistics & Transportation Management
• Coordinate operational activities with forwarders, transport companies, and customs brokers
• Ensure shipments are completed on time and without disruption
3. Supply & Planning Processes
• Collect customer orders and manage operational follow-up
• Manage stock, supply, and forecasting processes
• Work in close coordination with sales and field teams
4. Budget & Pricing Processes
• Prepare and monitor sales/revenue budgets
• Manage operational pricing processes in line with company strategy
• Ensure procurement of materials required for field execution
5. Reporting & Monitoring
• Report on supply chain and operational processes
• Provide periodic and structured feedback to management
Authority & Responsibility Scope:
• Active decision-making authority in import and operational processes
• Organization and management of customs clearance and logistics operations
• Monitoring and follow-up of supply and order processes
• Operational coordination with field and sales teams
Qualifications
• Degree in ecounmic or sales managment aor any revelant
• Experience in import, customs clearance, and logistics operations
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and Incoterms
• FMCG operational experience (food and/or beverage sector preferred)
• English proficiency (second language is an asset)
• Strong planning, follow-up, and organizational skills
• University degree (minimum 4 years) in a relevant field
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong reporting and follow-up discipline
• Analytical mindset
• Ability to work closely with field teams
