Responsibilities
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful candidate will possess a mix of talent acquisition expertise and strong interpersonal skills to ensure the company hires the best talent while providing a positive candidate experience
• Design and implement overall recruiting strategies. Source candidates using various channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and professional networks).
• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and draft accurate, engaging job descriptions.
• Screen resumes and job applications. Conduct initial phone and/or in-person interviews to assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, and experience.
• Schedule and coordinate technical and HR interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Facilitate the decision-making process with hiring managers.
• Prepare offer letters and assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate weekly/monthly recruitment reports (Time-to-hire, Source-of-hire, etc.).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Recruitment Specialist ([2-5 years of experience).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
