Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Office Support
• Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting coordination for senior leadership.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action trackers.
• Draft and format professional correspondence in English, Arabic, and Turkish.
• Screen communications and prioritize executive requests.
• Provide logistical and administrative support as required.
2. Documentation & Record Management
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
• Prepare official letters, contracts, and internal documentation.
• Ensure document formatting, accuracy, and version control.
• Support preparation of presentations and executive reports.
3. Government & Regulatory Follow-Up
• Assist with company registrations, renewals, and regulatory submissions.
• Liaise with relevant authorities when required.
• Track compliance deadlines and maintain regulatory documentation records.
4. Tender & Bidding Coordination
• Compile documentation for public and private tender submissions.
• Coordinate collection of required administrative and legal documents.
• Ensure tender packages are complete and submitted within deadlines.
• Maintain tracking database of ongoing and upcoming bids.
5. Presentation & Design Support
• Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations.
• Format proposals and investor materials.
• Basic design capability (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools) is an advantage.
