Qualifications
Education:
•Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Healthcare Management.
Experience:
•Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or healthcare-related role.
•Prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting is highly desirable
Skills
•Good interpersonal and communication skills
•Ability to work under pressure and difficult situations
•Excellent level of English (written and spoken).
•MS Office capabilities, and medical software is an advantage.
Personal Characteristics:
•Be respectful, must maintain confidentiality, well organized and proactive.
•Honest, hardworking, committed to organization and a good team player.
Other requirements:
•Not a government employee.
•The ability to commit to working with AKHS-S during official working hours.
