Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

A- Lead Generation & Market Outreach:
- Identify and prospect potential clients, particularly international companies seeking HR, payroll, and global hiring solutions.
- Generate leads through outreach activities such as email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and referrals.
- Maintain and update a pipeline of potential prospects.

B- Client Engagement & Qualification:
- Conduct initial conversations with potential clients to understand their needs and challenges.
- Present Mind Links’ services and explain how the platform supports global hiring and payroll.
- Qualify leads and identify opportunities for business collaboration.

C- Sales Support & Deal Closing:

- Support the sales process by coordinating meetings, demonstrations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Contribute to converting qualified prospects into signed clients.
- Maintain communication with clients during the initial onboarding stage

D- Sales Reporting:

- Record sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Track outreach activities and report progress to the management team.

Qualifications
Qualification :

- Education & Training:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, Sales, or a related field

- Professional Experiences:
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations.
Experience in SaaS, HR services, or B2B sales is considered an advantage.


- Knowledge and Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build professional relationships with clients.
Results-oriented mindset with strong motivation to achieve sales targets.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic startup environment.

-Computer Skills: professional level in use:

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
CRM software (HubSpot or similar)
LinkedIn and virtual communication tools

- Languages
Arabic
English fluently.
