Responsibilities
General Responsibilities:
•Support the implementation of IM activities in line with NPA IM QMS, global IM standards, and programme guidelines.
•Assist IM Officers in maintaining IM systems, databases, tools, and reporting workflows.
•Support standardized data collection, data entry, documentation, and filing processes across operational teams.

Specific Duties:
•Perform routine data entry, cleaning, validation, and consolidation using approved IM tools and templates.
•Assist operational teams in completing Survey123 (S123) forms and standardized IM reporting formats.
•Support the preparation of IMSMA and national database submissions under supervision.
•Assist in generating basic statistics, tables, charts, and simple maps for internal and external reporting.
•Conduct initial data quality checks and flag inconsistencies for review by IM Officers.
•Provide first-line support to field and operational teams on reporting formats, data submission procedures, and basic IM tool use.
•Support the maintenance of GIS data and ArcGIS Online platforms, including uploading datasets and basic edits.
•Assist in preparing IM inputs for donor reports, HQ monthly reports, and programme updates.
•Support IM training sessions by preparing materials, attendance lists, and logistical arrangements.
•Maintain organized IM documentation, digital and physical filing systems, version control, and data backups.
•Support IM Officers during field visits and verification missions when requested.
•Participate in IM coordination meetings, briefings, and internal reviews as required.
•Perform any other IM-related tasks assigned by Programme Manager, Regional IM Advisor, or IM Officer.


Qualifications
Education:
•University degree or diploma in Information Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, GIS, Statistics, Data Management, or a related field.
Relevant professional training combined with experience may be accepted in place of a formal degree.
Experience:
•Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in information management, data entry, reporting, or database support, preferably within humanitarian, NGO, or mine action programmes.
•Prior experience supporting data collection and reporting systems is required.
•Experience working with Survey123, IMSMA, ArcGIS, or similar data/GIS platforms is an asset.
•Experience working with field teams and operational reporting in challenging environments is desirable.
Technical Skills:
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required; Word and PowerPoint desirable).
•Basic understanding of databases, data validation, and quality control.
•Basic GIS knowledge (ArcGIS Desktop or ArcGIS Online) is an advantage.
•Ability to follow standardized procedures and templates accurately.
