Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and field implementation of all logistics arrangements related to project activities and office operations, from initial planning through to completion.
2.Coordinate procurement and supply processes to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment required for program implementation.
3.Manage inventory and maintain accurate warehouse records and tracking systems.
4.Organize transportation and distribution of supplies to various operational and field sites.
5.Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of goods and services.
6.Ensure that all logistics activities are implemented in line with AKHS-S logistics policies and procedures.
7.Coordinate with program teams, particularly the CASI project team, to identify and respond to logistics needs effectively.
8.Conduct regular stock checks and ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
9.Prepare periodic logistics reports and maintain proper documentation of all logistics processes.
10.Provide logistics support to field activities and missions as required.
11.Follow up on procurement, delivery, and distribution processes to ensure alignment with project plans and timelines.
12.Perform any other related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.


Qualifications
Education:
-Bachelor degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or other relevant fields.
Experience:
-At least 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management, preferably in humanitarian or development contexts.
-Previous experience with NGOs or in the health sector is an asset.
Skills-Competencies:
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple logistics activities.
-Good communication and coordination skills.
-Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
-Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
