Responsibilities
1.Responsible for all administrative arrangements of project activities and office functions, ensuring effective planning and completion of all administrative processes.
2.Provide general administrative and clerical support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
3.Organize and maintain office records, documents, and correspondence in both physical and electronic formats.
4.Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes when required.
5.Support internal and external communication by responding to inquiries and coordinating information flow between departments and project teams.
6.Prepare official letters, reports, and other administrative documents as requested.
7.Assist in logistical arrangements for project activities, including travel, accommodation, and event coordination.
8.Support procurement and operational processes by following up on requests and ensuring proper documentation.
9.Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure proper utilization of resources.
10.Ensure that administrative processes are implemented in line with AKHS-S policies and procedures.
11.Support program teams, particularly the CASI project team, in administrative and coordination-related tasks.
12.Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications
-Bachelor degree, preferably in Business Administration, English Literature, or other relevant fields.
-At least 2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
-Previous experience in NGOs or the health sector is an asset.
-Skills Competencies:
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple tasks.
-Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
-Ability to work under pressure and travel to field sites.
-Technical Skills:
-Excellent level of English (written and spoken).
-Good user of Microsoft Office programs.
Other requirements:
-Not a government employee.
-The applicant must be able to travel between governorates.
-The ability to commit to working with AKHS-S during official working hours
