Responsibilities
Project Implementation & Coordination
- Liaise with local stakeholders, including education directorates and community actors, to facilitate project activities.
- Ensure all activities are implemented in line with approved plans and timelines.
Activity Planning & Support
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of education project activities.
- Identify project needs and contribute to defining implementation requirements.
Monitoring & Field Follow-up
- Identify and report challenges or obstacles affecting implementation.
-Conduct regular field visits to monitor activities and verify progress on-site.
Supervision of Education Activities
-Supervise teaching and learning processes in schools and learning centers.
-Ensure education activities meet quality standards and organizational guidelines.
- Provide technical education training to teachers.
Stakeholder Engagement
-Engage with beneficiaries, community representatives, and education institutions.
-Maintain effective communication to support project objectives and community acceptance.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare regular project reports based on field data and observations.
-Document activities, achievements, and lessons learned.
Procurement & Logistics Support
-Prepare purchase requests in line with project needs.
-Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely procurement and delivery of required items.

Qualifications
Essential:
- University degree in Education or a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the education in humanitarian/development sector.
- Strong knowledge of education systems, curriculum standards, and teaching methodologies.
- Good computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office applications).
- Effective communication skills in Arabic; working knowledge of English is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups, including children, teachers, and community representatives.
- Strong attention to detail in data collection, reporting, and documentation.
-Familiarity with child protection principles and inclusive education approaches.
-Commitment to safeguarding, diversity, and inclusion principles.

Desirable:
-Experience working in fragile or conflict-affected contexts.
- Knowledge of education in emergencies (EiE) or non-formal education programs.
-Experience in community engagement and stakeholder coordination.
