Route Planning: Plan and direct driver routes within Damascus and coordinate links to provinces .
Warehouse Oversight: Directly supervise the receiving, sorting, and dispatching of packages and mail.
Real-time Monitoring: Monitor fleet movement moment-by-moment to ensure strict adherence to timelines .
Branch Coordination: Maintain constant coordination between branches and the HQ to resolve field challenges quickly and wisely.
Incident & Crisis Management: Act as the primary point of contact for drivers facing breakdowns, accidents, or delays, providing immediate solutions.

Ability to direct a large fleet and manage diverse teams under high pressure.
Exceptional ability to organize multiple tasks and arrange priorities based on urgency.
Complete familiarity with Damascus geography and vital roads connecting Syrian provinces.
Ability to handle emergency field challenges with speed and sound judgment.
