Responsibilities
• Develop and implement annual training plans aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify competency gaps.
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain training records.
• Design and oversee delivery of training programs and workshops.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.
• Lead the annual performance management cycle including goal setting and review processes.
• Manage calibration sessions to ensure fair and consistent performance evaluations.
• Develop leadership development initiatives and high-potential programs.
• Implement succession planning framework for critical roles.
• Support managers in performance improvement planning and coaching initiatives.
• Promote continuous learning culture across the organization.
• Perform additional duties assigned within the scope of talent development.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum of 8–10 years of working experience.
* At least 5 years of experience in L&D or a related HR function.
* Performance management framework expertise.
* Learning design and facilitation skills.
* Competency framework development knowledge.
* Analytical ability in measuring training impact.
