Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Humanitarian Studies, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in camp management, humanitarian operations, field coordination, or emergency response programs.
- Previous experience working in displacement camps or with NGOs/INGOs is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills.
- Good understanding of humanitarian principles, protection standards, accountability, and camp coordination mechanisms.
- Strong organizational, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage operations in challenging field environments.
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
- Fluency in Arabic is required; basic English skills are preferred.
- Commitment to humanitarian values, confidentiality, neutrality, and professional conduct.

The Stabilization Support Unit (SSU) is a Syrian non-governmental and non-profit organization established in 2016 with the aim of promoting stability and peacebuilding in Syria. The organization implements integrated programs in the areas of governance, economic empowerment, social cohesion, and civic engagement, with a particular focus on the inclusion of women, youth, and marginalized groups.
