Responsibilities
• Monitor vehicle fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and driver compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate and manage logistics activities, including transportation of goods, equipment, and supplies.
• Oversee the arrangement of support services such as office supplies, courier services, and internal logistics.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective provision of logistical support across departments.
• Monitor and manage vendor relationships for support services and logistics.
• Track inventory levels and ensure adequate supplies are available for administrative functions.
• Coordinate with facilities management for the maintenance of office spaces and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics and support services activities, including cost tracking and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies related to logistics and support services.
• Support the optimization of logistical processes, routes, and supply chain activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management within the scope of logistics and support services.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, facilities management, or general support services.
• Previous experience in a coordination or support role is preferred.
• Familiarity with fleet management software and logistics tracking tools.
• Knowledge of logistics coordination, vendor management, and inventory control.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with vendors and manage service agreements effectively.
• Understanding of facility management and general office support processes.
