Responsibilities
-Follow up on the implementation of approved marketing plans and campaigns.
-Coordinate with designers, content creators, and advertising companies.
-Follow up and coordinate between internal departments and external marketing agencies to ensure task clarity, smooth workflow, and timely execution of marketing activities.
-Manage and schedule posts on social media platforms.
-Follow up on the preparation of marketing and advertising materials.
-Coordinate between the Marketing Department and other departments within the company.
-Follow up on photography and advertising requests and ensure their proper execution.
-Prepare and organize periodic marketing reports.
-Monitor advertising campaign results and report observations to management.
-Organize and maintain the archive of the company’s photos, videos, and marketing materials.
-Follow up on the availability of samples and promotional materials for exhibitions and campaigns.
-Assist in organizing the company’s events and exhibitions.
-Monitor customer engagement and feedback and forward observations to the concerned management.
-Adhere to the company’s visual identity and marketing guidelines.
-Perform any other tasks within the scope of work assigned by management.
Qualifications
-Good command of the English language.
-Experience in digital marketing, including social media platforms and online marketplaces.
-Experience in preparing, organizing, and archiving promotional and marketing materials.
-Strong communication and organizational skills.
