Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resources Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and practices. The role supports workforce management, employee relations, recruitment activities, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, employee welfare initiatives, and organizational development activities while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and organizational regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Personnel Affairs & Employee Relations
• Supervise and maintain employee records, personnel files, and HRIS data to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
• Review and process personnel actions, including appointments, transfers, promotions, contract amendments, and terminations.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, offboarding, and clearance processes.
• Monitor attendance, leave management, remote work arrangements, and official travel requests.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, internal policies, and HR procedures.
• Address employee inquiries and grievances and facilitate timely resolution.
• Support employee engagement, employee welfare, and workplace well-being initiatives.
• Assist in promoting a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
Compensation & Benefits
• Review and verify monthly payroll data, including employee entitlements, deductions, and benefits.
• Coordinate salary administration and employee benefits processes.
• Assist in compensation and benefits reviews and market benchmarking exercises.
• Support insurance, social security, and employee welfare administration.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Coordinate recruitment activities in line with approved workforce plans.
• Prepare and publish vacancy announcements through appropriate channels.
• Screen applications, prepare shortlists, and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Support onboarding activities for newly hired employees.
• Conduct exit interviews and prepare related reports.
Performance Management
• Coordinate the implementation of performance appraisal processes.
• Monitor probationary evaluations, promotion assessments, and performance improvement plans.
• Analyze performance data and prepare reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with established performance management procedures.
Learning, Development & Organizational Support
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, templates, and tools.
• Coordinate employee training and development activities.
• Assist in identifying high-potential employees and talent development opportunities.
• Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of competency frameworks.
• Contribute to employee engagement, employee satisfaction, and organizational culture improvement initiatives.
