Responsibilities
• Manage the inventory and distribution of consumable supplies related to soft services to prevent shortages and control waste.
• Coordinate daily soft services activities including cleaning, waste management, landscaping, and pest control.
• Monitor service provider performance and ensure compliance with agreed service levels and contracts.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and service quality standards are maintained.
• Report service deficiencies and follow up on corrective actions with service providers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address facility-related service requests.
• Maintain records of inspections, service reports, and vendor performance evaluations.
• Support contract management and service performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements related to soft services.
• Monitor service-related costs and support budget tracking activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to facility services quality and efficiency.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management within the scope of facilities soft services.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, soft services supervision, or vendor coordination roles.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and environmentally friendly waste disposal practices.
• Knowledge of facilities soft services operations and vendor management.
• Ability to monitor service quality and enforce service level agreements (SLAs).
• Understanding of basic health, safety, and environmental requirements in facility services.
• Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills.
