Responsibilities
• Conduct regular hygiene audits and site inspections of kitchen and dining areas to ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
• Coordinate daily catering and dining services, including meal preparation, delivery, and distribution.
• Ensure food safety standards and regulations are adhered to in the preparation and serving of meals.
• Monitor catering service provider performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
• Manage catering schedules, meal requests, and special dietary requirements.
• Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of dining facilities, including seating, utensils, and kitchen areas.
• Track and report catering service costs, and assist in budgeting for dining services.
• Handle food-related issues, complaints, and service requests from employees and guests.
• Ensure food supplies are properly stocked, and manage inventory levels to minimize waste.
• Coordinate with internal teams and event organizers to provide catering for special events and meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of catering service activities, including meal counts, service quality, and employee feedback.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management within the scope of catering and dining services.


Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Catering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in catering, hospitality, or food service coordination roles.
• Familiarity with menu planning and nutritional standards to ensure balanced meal options.
• Knowledge of catering operations, food safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Ability to manage food inventories, meal schedules, and vendor coordination.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Understanding of budget management and cost control related to catering services.
