Responsibilities
• Operate assigned BHS equipment and systems in accordance with operational procedures.
• Monitor baggage flow and system performance during operations.
• Identify system irregularities, blockages, or malfunctions and report them immediately to the supervisor.
• Take initial corrective actions within authorized limits when operational issues occur.
• Ensure proper handling of baggage and compliance with operational instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and order within the BHS operational areas.
• Support accurate documentation and reporting of operational activities and incidents.
• Participate in shift handover by providing system status updates.
• Comply with operational instructions and safety requirements applicable to BHS operations.
• Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors within the scope of BHS operations.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or Vocational Education in technical or operational fields.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in baggage handling, technical operations, or similar operational environments.
• Basic understanding of SCADA interfaces.
• Basic knowledge of Baggage Handling Systems and related equipment.
• Ability to monitor system operations and follow operational instructions.
• Awareness of reporting and escalation procedures.
• Basic communication and coordination skills.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in baggage handling, technical operations, or similar operational environments.
• Basic understanding of SCADA interfaces.
