Job Purpose

The Protection Case Worker supports Child Protection and MHPSS activities, including case management, psychosocial sessions, protection monitoring, and Child Friendly Space (CFS) activities, under the supervision of the Field Senior Project Officer.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

·Manage child protection cases (assessment, planning, referrals, follow-up).
·Facilitate MHPSS and recreational activities for children and youth.
·Conduct protection monitoring interviews and reporting.
·Support and supervise community volunteers and CFS activities.
·Maintain accurate data and ensure confidentiality and safeguarding standards.

Qualifications
·Degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, or related field.
·2-3 years experience in child protection (case management, MHPSS).
·Fluent in Arabic; English is an asset.
·Good IT and reporting skills.
