Responsibilities
• Welcome guests to the VIP/Business Class Lounge with warmth and professionalism.
• Verify lounge access eligibility (boarding passes, membership cards, paid access, airline status).
• Provide personalized hospitality: offer beverages, snacks, meals from the buffet, newspapers/magazines, and Wi-Fi assistance.
• Maintain lounge presentation — ensure cleanliness, tidiness of seating areas, replenishment of food & beverage stations, and overall premium ambiance.
• Assist guests with special requests (e.g., printing boarding passes, flight updates, shower facilities if available).
• Monitor lounge capacity and manage guest flow during peak times.
• Collect utensils, clean and wipe the tables.
• Meet arriving and departing passengers at designated points (arrival hall, aircraft door/air bridge, curbside, or VIP terminal entrance) holding clear signage.
• Escort guests through the airport, providing personalized guidance and assistance.
• Offer support for families, elderly passengers, passengers with reduced mobility, or high-profile individuals with discretion.
• Provide real-time flight information, gate guidance, and answers to general airport queries.
• Facilitate expedited processes: fast-track through check-in (where applicable), immigration, security screening, and boarding.
• Accompany guests through priority lanes to minimize wait times and enhance comfort.
• Coordinate with airport authorities, airline staff, and security teams to ensure smooth, efficient passage.
• Handle special assistance requests during fast-track procedures (e.g., document verification support, priority rebooking in case of disruptions).
• Sell the Fast Track service at the designated locations at the airport.
• Deliver consistent 5-star hospitality and represent the airport/company brand with poise and professionalism.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, or irregularities calmly and effectively, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided, guest interactions, and any incidents.
• Collaborate closely with airline partners, ground handling teams, security, and lounge operations.
• Stay updated on airport procedures, flight schedules, lounge offerings, and security regulations.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent; a Diploma in Aviation, Tourism, or Hospitality is an advantage.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in passenger handling within airline or ground handling operations.
• Knowledge of airport safety and security procedures required.
• Knowledge of airport terminal operations, IATA/ICAO standards, and airline policies.
• Proficient in DCS and reservation systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• HACCP Regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-flight environment.
• Attention to detail and adherence to security procedures.
• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
