Responsibilities
• Perform assigned airside support service tasks in accordance with approved procedures and instructions.
• Support airside operational activities by providing required services and assistance.
• Coordinate with supervisors and specialists to ensure tasks are completed on time and as required.
• Conduct daily pre-operational checks on Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and report any technical faults or malfunctions immediately.
• Assist in securing work areas by deploying safety cones, barriers, and warning signs in compliance with airside safety protocols.
• Monitor airside drainage systems and report any blockages or flooding risks to the relevant maintenance teams.
• Participate in emergency response drills and support post-incident clean-up activities as directed.
• Follow safety instructions and operational guidelines while performing support service activities.
• Report task completion, delays, or issues to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and readiness of assigned work areas and tools.
• Support preparation of basic task reports and activity logs when required.
• Participate in shift handover activities and ensure continuity of support services.
• Comply with safety, security, and operational requirements applicable to airside activities.
• Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors within the scope of airside support services.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or Vocational Education in technical, operational, or service-related fields.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in airside operations, support services, or similar operational environments.
• Basic knowledge of airside operational environments and support service activities.
• Familiarity with different types of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and their basic functions.
• Understanding of airside safety regulations, including work area isolation and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Basic proficiency in radio communication procedures and protocols used in airside operations.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks accurately.
• Awareness of safety and operational procedures.
• Basic communication and coordination skills.
