Responsibilities
• Supervise daily preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for building structures and finishes.
• Allocate work assignments to technicians and workers and monitor task completion.
• Inspect completed maintenance works to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize operational disruption.
• Monitor condition of civil elements including flooring, ceilings, doors, windows, and structural components.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and work permits.
• Report infrastructure issues and maintenance needs to the Unit Head.
• Support minor renovation and repair projects.
• Maintain accurate work records and documentation.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety within maintenance work areas.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management within the scope of building maintenance supervision.
Qualifications
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in building maintenance or civil works.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or team-leading role.
• Experience in airport or large infrastructure environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of civil maintenance practices and repair techniques.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate technical teams.
• Understanding of safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills.
• Basic reporting and documentation skills.
