Responsibilities
• Provide technical leadership and engineering support for medium voltage distribution systems.
• Analyze system performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead fault analysis and root cause investigations for MV system failures.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance planning for substations, transformers, and switchgear.
• Review protection settings, relay coordination, and system studies.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with electrical standards and safety regulations.
• Support emergency power restoration and contingency planning.
• Review and validate maintenance procedures and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for specialized technical support.
• Prepare technical reports and performance assessments for management review.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management within the scope of medium voltage engineering.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in medium voltage power systems.
• Experience in critical infrastructure or airport environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medium voltage distribution networks.
• Understanding of protection systems and power system analysis.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and system diagnostics.
• Familiarity with testing equipment and electrical measurement tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
