Responsibilities
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming spare parts, materials, and equipment.
• Issue materials to maintenance teams based on approved requests and work orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within approved inventory management systems.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests when required.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials in accordance with safety standards.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement and maintenance departments regarding material requirements.
• Maintain documentation related to receipts, issues, and stock movements.
• Ensure warehouse housekeeping and compliance with safety regulations.
• Report obsolete, damaged, or slow-moving items to management.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management within the scope of storekeeping operations.
Qualifications
• High School Certificate or Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Experience handling technical spare parts is preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control and stock management principles.
• Ability to use inventory management or ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and record accuracy.
• Basic computer skills.
• Organizational and coordination abilities.
