Responsibilities
- Prepare and modify detailed engineering drawings and plant layouts using AutoCAD.
- Update layouts for production lines, piping systems, and utility routing, including water, steam, and compressed air, based on plant expansions and operational needs.
- Ensure plant layouts support food safety requirements, smooth workflow, and prevention of cross-contamination.
- Measure, draft, and prepare precise 2D and 3D technical drawings for worn-out or customized spare parts used in production and packaging machinery.
- Specify suitable food-grade materials such as Stainless Steel 316L, Teflon, and food-safe plastics in technical drawings and part modifications.
- Organize, archive, index, and control revisions of machinery manuals, catalogs, schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.
- Draft and manage professional technical correspondence with international machine manufacturers and suppliers.
- Prepare RFQs, review technical data sheets and catalogs, and ensure compatibility of requested spare parts or equipment.
