Responsibilities
- Lead the Key Customers sales team to achieve sales targets by item and within the assigned area.
- Propose annual and monthly sales targets, sales forecasts, sales development objectives, and productivity plans.
- Prepare annual sales budgets and cascade targets and objectives to sales supervisors.
- Monitor sales, productivity, and objective achievement against the approved budget and action plan.
- Provide the Head of National Sales with accurate, timely, and actionable sales reports.
- Ensure implementation of company policies, procedures, HR guidelines, sales tools, and approved working methods.
- Drive merchandising standards and market execution across the Key Customers channel according to plan.
- Monitor sales and distribution costs, support cost control initiatives, and enhance profitability.
- Ensure proper execution of sales agreements, trade offers, and commercial programs as planned.
- Evaluate, coach, develop, and train sales supervisors and team members to improve performance.
- Suggest consumer and trade promotions for Key Customers to increase sales and strengthen channel performance.
