Responsibilities
- Support the planning and implementation of employee wellbeing programs, awareness sessions, workshops, campaigns, and related initiatives.
- Provide basic one-to-one life coaching and wellbeing support to employees when needed, helping them improve stress management, motivation, work-life balance, communication, and personal effectiveness.
- Conduct regular field visits to employees at their work locations to observe the work environment, listen to employee concerns, provide wellbeing support, and identify challenges affecting morale, wellbeing, and engagement.
- Identify common wellbeing challenges such as stress, burnout, work pressure, workplace communication issues, and concerns affecting employee morale and engagement.
- Promote a healthy, respectful, inclusive, and supportive work environment across departments and operational locations.
- Collect employee feedback, conduct wellbeing surveys, analyze key findings, and prepare structured reports on wellbeing trends, employee concerns, and recommended actions.
- Coordinate and follow up agreed wellbeing action plans to ensure proper implementation, timely closure, and measurable impact.
- Maintain high confidentiality when handling sensitive employee matters and refer critical or specialized cases to the appropriate professionals when required.
- Attend employee-related investigations in a supportive and observational capacity, providing wellbeing-related observations and recommendations while maintaining neutrality and without interfering in investigation findings, decisions, or final outcomes.

* Relevant educational background or equivalent practical experience.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
