Responsibilities
• Process work permits, residence visas, renewals, amendments, and cancellations through government portals.
• Prepare and submit contract registration and attestation requests.
• Track and follow up on government transaction statuses until completion.
• Maintain accurate records and files for all government-related documents.
• Collect and deliver employee passports and official documents as required.
• Alert Team Leader on upcoming expiry dates for permits and licenses.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding government document status.
• Ensure all transactions comply with latest immigration and labor regulations.
• Assist in preparing documents for internal and external audits.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
