Responsibilities
• Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identifying skill gaps.
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and external programs logistics.
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain training records.
• Support in designing training materials and presentations.
• Track training attendance, feedback, and evaluation of program effectiveness.
• Assist in performance management cycle coordination (goal setting, reviews).
• Support leadership development initiatives and high-potential programs.
• Prepare training reports and update learning KPIs.
• Promote learning culture through internal communication campaigns.
• Perform additional duties as assigned within L&D scope.
