Responsibilities
Procure assigned raw materials in line with production plans and inventory targets.
Source, evaluate, negotiate with, and develop suppliers to achieve the best total value.
Issue and manage Purchase Orders; monitor deliveries and resolve supply issues promptly.
Coordinate with Planning, Production, QA, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance to maintain uninterrupted production.
Monitor inventory levels, market conditions, and cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, regulatory, and internal procurement requirements.
Manage supplier performance, vendor relationships, supplier development, and supply risks.
Coordinate the supply of assigned materials across Group companies, where applicable.
Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and ERP data.
Support strategic sourcing projects, supplier audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Travel locally and internationally for supplier visits, negotiations, audits, and business meetings as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Industrial/Food Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in Food, FMCG, or Confectionery Manufacturing.
Professional certification such as CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent is an advantage.
