Responsibilities
• Following the HR Manager & HrCo’s instructions, supervise that the internal regulations are followed in the mission in order to ensure both tax and labour regulation compliance
• Execute, under the HR Manager & HrCo’s supervision the recruitment activities ensuring transparency and equity and issuing job offers conveniently in order to meet HR needs.
• Inform all the new staff on Staff Regulations, HR policies and regulations in order to facilitate staff integration and their security.
• Execute, under the HR Manager & HrCo’s supervision, employee contract related activities (file opening and formal documentation archiving, personal data updating, amendments, termination dates supervision, etc.) in order to ensure legal compliance.
• Manage employee registration and de-registration with Social Security, ensuring timely and accurate completion of required procedures.
• Ensure new employees complete the onboarding process and submit all required documents, including signed job descriptions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records/Files, including database
• Present and explain contract terms and the content of internal regulation (rights and obligations) to newly recruited personnel in order to ensure legal compliance and local integration.
• Prepare and collect pay slip (paid holidays, sick leave, unpaid leave, etc.) in order to ensure accurate and on time payroll payment
• Support HR Manager in the payroll process, checking the list of employees and amounts payable (variable pay, taxes, social security’s contributions, etc.)
• Follow-up cost of living on a regular basis in order to update salary references conveniently to keep acquisition power.
• Monitor and verify employee attendance records and timesheets, leaves records ensuring consistency and accuracy, and prepare the related reports accordingly.
• Register applicants to training activities and help the HR Manager to evaluate the results in order to improve return on training expenditures.
• Support the HR Manager to draw up annual holiday planning in order to schedule staff shifts and cover operational needs.
• Prepare HR monthly Report excel sheet
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications
• Academic Degree in HR, Business Administration, or in other related field.
• Very Good written and oral communication skills, Arabic & English
• 2 years of professional experience in HR and Administration, preferably with I/NGOs
• Open and positive attitude,
• Ability to work in an international environment, good team and listening skills,
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to travel
