- At least 5 years of experience working with INGOs/NGOs.
- At least 3 years of experience with BMZ-funded or comparable German donor-funded projects.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Prior experience coaching/mentoring project teams within NGOs.

Specific Vacancy Requirements
- Open to local individuals, teams, or consultancy firms/offices registered in Syria.
- Engagement period: September 2026 – April 2027 (8 months, part-time, approx. 20 hours/month).

Competitive consultancy fee, commensurate with experience, paid monthly for the duration of the engagement.
About us
The Social Support and Education Foundation (SSEF) is a newly registered non-profit organization, officially recognized by the Syrian Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour in 2025 (Reg. No. 2769). SSEF builds on the 14-year legacy of its founding organization, SSSE-Lebanon, which has led multi-year education and protection programs across Lebanon with partners such as BMZ, arche noVa, SSK, and Orienthelfer.
