Job Overview/Summary:
The Supply Chain officer is a key position to the success and delivery of quality process, The Logistics officer is responsible to support the operations management Roles in the Offices in the planning, execution, and monitoring of supply chain activities according to program priorities in compliance with organizational Supply Chain policies and procedures and donor rules and regulations. The Supply chain officer also provides support to the overall response of the operations
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
•Preferred graduate with bachelors or Diploma in logistics/supply chain management or in engineering/ business management, relevant experience considered.
General Work Experience:
•Minimum 2 years of progressive Supply Chain professional experience,
•Experience working in an ERP environment
•Experience with Data Analysis
•Experience working with a diverse portfolio of Donors and knowledge of specific donor guidelines.
Skills:
•Languages:
-Excellent in English (Writing-Reading-Speaking).
-Excellent in Arabic (Writing-Reading-Speaking).
•Computing:
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, outlook).
•Have a high degree of flexibility and ability to work under sometimes acute hardship conditions against tight deadlines.
•Strong communicator, negotiating to facilitate and presenting
•Able to work effectively in a highly matrixed structure
• Excellent training and coaching ability
•Ability to travel to remote field offices.
