Qualifications
A university degree in business administration, quality management, statistics, social sciences, computer science, or other relevant scientific field with strong analytical skills, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and field MEAL experience.

Specific Vacancy Requirements
General Work Experience:

At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) with humanitarian or development non-governmental organizations.

Demonstrated hands-on experience in executing field data collection, conducting surveys and individual interviews, supervising data collection teams and volunteers, and carrying out field monitoring assessments (such as Post-Distribution Monitoring - PDM).

Proven experience in designing and deploying digital questionnaires via KoBoToolbox, conducting routine data cleaning, and verifying data quality and reliability.

Practical experience in drafting documented field monitoring reports, summarizing findings, and contributing to updating indicator tracking tables in both Arabic and English.
Languages:

Fluency in written and oral Arabic.

Good in written and oral English.
Computing:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) in addition to digital data collection tools such as KoboToolbox.
