General Work Experience: • Minimum 3 years of experience in WASH programming within humanitarian or development contexts in Syria. Skills: • Languages: • Arabic — Fluency (writing, reading, speaking). • English — Working proficiency (technical reporting). • Computing: • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and mobile data collection tools (e.g., KoBo Toolbox). • Analytical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BoQs, and basic engineering documentation; strong problem-solving skills in field conditions. • Technical Experience: • Demonstrated experience supporting water supply and sanitation rehabilitation projects, community mobilization, and coordination with local authorities and contractors. • Communication: • Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills; ability to build trust with communities, local authorities, and contractors.
